About Nicole Hanson
Nicole’s approach to assisting her clients involves a Health & Wellness methodology to solving the obstacles a client faces by healing various underlying causes. Nicole’s Education includes a B.A. in Psychology and an M.Ed., concentration in counseling from Rivier University. She holds an additional post-graduate certificate in Human Resources from SNHU. In addition to her formal education, Nicole is a Certified Clinical Hypnotist and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists. Nicole has completed certifications in; Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Reiki, Qi Gong, Numerology, IET, Chronotherapy, and Aromatherapy.
Her future goal is to turn the LLC into a group Wellness center with multiple practitioners in a non-profit setting to further the healing and wellbeing of all clients who seek assistance and healing.
Nicole’s main role at NHHHA is as an educator and confidant. She hosts and teaches many workshops and classes to assist her clients in gaining the resources they need to live their healthiest and happiest lives possible.

Hypnosis is actually a relaxed state in between being asleep and awake where your subconscious mind is more readily open to suggestion. It is a nonaddictive power for good and it is a natural manifestation of the mind at work. This allows the critical conscious mind to be bypassed allowing rapid, powerful, long-lasting changes to be made using the subconscious mind. Once this has been achieved, you will then receive what are called hypnotic suggestions. These suggestions will enable you to use the power of hypnosis in your life and make the changes you desire.
Is Hypnosis Safe?
Clinical Hypnosis is completely safe. Conscious hypnosis is not sleep, therefore you are aware and can speak and respond to the positive suggestions administered during the session. Hypnosis in and of itself is a very pleasant experience. It is a time to let go of the other thoughts of the day and focus on the issues you came to work on. A person who does not want to be hypnotized cannot be hypnotized, or be induced to do or say anything which violates personal standards of behavior or integrity. Yes, hypnosis is safe and hypnosis is a proven, ethical clinical procedure.
Can I be Hypnotized?
Of course you can! You already have been. It’s easy to go into hypnosis and it is a normal state of mind that everyone has already experienced. In fact, hypnosis is such a normal state of mind, most people usually don’t even realize that they are hypnotized. Normal, everyday hypnosis occurs when you are driving down the road and lose track of time, or, when you are focusing on a book or television program and you don’t even notice something that is going on around you. When you come in for hypnosis, all you need to do is to be able to follow the instructions of the hypnotist and you can put the power of hypnosis to work for you. Anyone with a willingness to follow instructions can experience hypnosis and use it to improve his or her life. This includes children and teenagers.

Spiritual guides help people along their path to spiritual growth and in times of turmoil or grief. The objectives which one seeks spiritual guidance can include; finding a life purpose, overcoming obstacles, and putting pain and grief into perspective. The path doesn’t look the same for everyone, so it’s no surprise that there are spiritual guides representing different concepts of spirituality, including Christianity and other New Age belief systems. NHHHA helps to co-create a spiritual guidance path based upon your individual belief system. Like other guides, spiritual guides do a lot of listening. They may also employ other modalities to help guide you on to your best path and to relief and suffering.
*The word spiritual is used in this context as referring to your innermost self and the needs that lay within.
Mindfulness is the practice of keeping your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, in the present moment. Some believe this is easy, others know that it is not. Here is an example; you feel worried about an event that happened. Whether it was said or done, it is on your mind and causing you to experience worry and emotions. Have you ever worried? Yes, you have worried.
In that moment you were not being mindful. When you were worrying where were you? Who was with you? What was happening around you? Did you miss out on an opportunity in that moment? So, you see being mindful at all times is not as easy as some might think. Being mindful takes practice and often training.
Here is another example; you are experiencing anxiety, your unsure what is about to unfold and feeling very uneasy about all of it. You don’t really understand why you feel this way, but you know that its undeniable. Regardless of what the future holds your mind is causing you to experience anxiety and emotions. Have you ever experienced anxiety? Yes, you have had anxious moments.
In that moment you were again not being mindful. While you were experiencing this feeling, where were you? Who was with you? What was happening around you? Did you miss out on an opportunity in that moment? How did the situation play out? Was it worth all the time, space, and energy that you spent on it prior to it happening? Becoming mindful takes practice and often training.
Being fully present in every moment of every day is where you get to experience joy and love. This is the key to true happiness. No longer worrying about the past and no longer experiencing anxiety about the future will change how you view the world, mentally and spiritually. Being mindful will often alter your physical experience in the world as well. When most people worry, they experience stomach aches and other ailments. The same is true for those who experience anxiety. They often have headaches and other ailments. By working on your mindfulness and creating a practice you can improve your life in ways you had never imagined.
Nicole has gone through mindfulness training and offers the same program from which she participated. We will cover all elements of how a client perceives their life to be and how to keep their perception positive, healing, and joyful.

Visualization, or creative visualization as it is sometimes referred to, is the use of mental imagery to effect positive changes in your life. Intuitive readings are different for everyone. For some, intuitive readings can feel like a “talk therapy” session. It all depends on what the client and intuitive reader intend for the session. For many, intuitive readings help provide clarity on life purpose or karmic cycles. Intuitive readings are different from psychic readings. Everyone is intuitive and everyone has the ability to read energy, but some people possess more pronounced strengths in using their intuitive gifts to access extra-sensory information. A good intuitive reader will always point a client to their own intuitive powers and help them access their own inner-knowing. Reiki / Energy Work
Reiki is an ancient healing art that involves the placement of hands along the body to encourage the flow of energy allowing natural healing to occur. Reiki is a Japanese word that translates into Universal Energy. Reiki is the most well-known form of energy healing and is now being incorporated into many health care settings for pain management and chronic illness. This session does not require disrobing.
Nicole is a Usui Reiki Master, Kundalini Reiki Master Teacher, and a Level II Qi Gong Practitioner. In a reiki session with Nicole, you will receive a very relaxed state of physical and mental being. A combination of the types of reiki will be used along with crystals and other tools. The best way to describe a reiki session with Nicole is a massage for your energetic soul.
Sessions are 60-minutes.
ADHD coaching for adults, teens, and children is a refined way to assist those who struggle in today’s overly active world. ADHD coaching is not a substitute for a formal diagnosis and a possible need for psychiatric assistance from a doctor. ADHD coaching is about the life skills that one needs to succeed in living their best life without feeling frantic or scattered or overwhelmed.
Learning the best way to slow down your mind, thoughts, and body is key to thriving when there is a diagnosis of ADD or ADHD. There are many avenues that can be taken to improve the quality of life for the individual and those who support and that person.
Having lived with ADHD I have accumulated the resources, knowledge, and skills to assist others in finding what works best for them. The combination of my formal education and other practices provide me with an ability to help others that reaches beyond the typical doctor-client relationship. I am not a Doctor; I am a coach and a support system who devotes myself to your improvement.
